{ fifteen feel-good activities... }

Hey guys! Here are my favourite feel good activities for when you are bored, feeling a bit down, or simply have a bit too much time on your hands.

1. Read a book—choose a book you love or, in fact, a new one, get the candles out, play the cafe jazz music, and then voilà! To further extend this activity, I recommend you turn it into a mini book review. After each chapter, write a small summary and then write your thoughts and opinions on what you have read so far.

2. Sing a song - (i recommend Whitney Houston). Have a karaoke session. Dress up, get in the mirror, and blast your favourite song. For the best experience, sing as though nobody is listening and dance as though nobody is watching.

3. Try some baking- You don't have to be Mary Berry to enjoy baking... so why not give it a go! You can do it completely from scratch or with a home kit; either way, you are sure to have fun. It is also a good idea to vlog yourself doing it for even more fun.

4. Try a new series or watch a movie - get the popcorn, some snacks, and choose a good movie or series. My personal favourites are horror movies or comedies. (Especially the comedies with Melissa McCarthy in them!)

5. Go for a walk - this is the most therapeutic thing you can do. Take a walk with or without headphones and take in your surroundings.(Check out the "ways of walking" blog.)

6. Try yoga or a home workout - you can learn how to do it by attending classes, reading about it in a book, or simply watching some online tutorials.

7. Give arts and crafts a try!—I'm no Bob Ross, but when I'm bored, I like to paint. You can go wild or paint something calming, or simply let your mind wander and paint your emotions.

8. Clean a room in your house - get a good playlist on and choose a room in your house to clean. This will also motivate you in the process!

9. Give yourself a pedicure - Give your nails a paint and make yourself feel fabulous!

10. Listen to a podcast - Get comfy or get active... pick a podcast and let it motivate you to become the best version of yourself.

11. Visit your local museum - there you will be able to learn and educate yourself!

12. Pick a topic, write a song, and perform! - Give Beyoncé a run for her money.

13. Reorganise your wardrobe- colour coordinate it or just clean it... I know that my wardrobe can't stay neat for more than a week, so it can even be a simple quick tidy up.

14. Homemade pizzas - either make your own dough or buy a base, then top with your favourite toppings, decorate as desired, and enjoy!

15. Make a scrapbook - (this is my favorite). This has to be another good one; you can make it about anything, person, or a topic, but I guarantee you'll enjoy it.
