I think it’s important to understand that it is not so much the gift that has the effect, but it is the thought that goes into it. That's my opinion anyway and I am sure many of the other gals will agree too. I mean you could buy your girl thousands of pounds worth of designer things without any actual feeling or meaning involved, or you can write your girl a sweet handwritten note expressing your feelings which will, I am sure mean the world to her.
