What you will need:
Tenderstem Broccoli
Carrots
Garlic cloves
Egg noodles
British beef mince
Soy sauce
Honey
Sesame seeds
Sunflower oil
Step 1:
Slice your carrots, grate your garlic, and trim your broccoli down! {Note: You can add other veggies; this is just my preference}
here are some other veggies you may want to add: courgettes, eggplant, asparagus, peas, chilli, onion, and beansprout.
Step 2:
Fill a large saucepan with boiling salted water and cook your noodles. You want to cook your noodles until they are tender (this should take approx. 4-5 minutes). Once your noodles are cooked, drain them in cold water.
Step 3:
Place a large frying pan on medium-high heat, and fry your mince until brown. (Approximately 5-6 minutes). Season well with salt & pepper. {Note: Break it up as it is cooking and ensure you drain any excess fat!}
Step 4:
Remove your fried mince into a separate bowl, as now it is time to fry your vegetables. Leave your frying pan on medium-high heat and add some oil. (A drizzle is enough). Add your veggies and stir-fry (3 minutes). Add a few tablespoons of water and then place a lid over it. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5-
Add your soy sauce and honey. Once your vegetables are cooked, add your mince and noodles to the pan. Allow your ingredients to cook all together (1-2 minutes). Once cooked, sprinkle your sesame seeds on top!
Enjoy, love Anaiá Xx.
