Today, I made the decision to completely redecorate my room, why? I have no clue... but, I am actually quite glad I did. Firstly, I decided to re-paint the walls and honestly... I think painting may be my new favourite thing. Although, I never thought a task could be so stressful and yet so therapeutic at the same time.
Then I decided to move my bed around to the opposite side of my bedroom, because I decided to choose the smaller room and when I was ordering beds I ordered a king-size bed instead of a queen size bed. However, the bed is a trundle bed, so it therefore tucks underneath and pulls out. When it was the old way it took up nearly all of my room; but when it is in its new position I have way much more space!
I chose all white bedding because it fitted the color of my room and bed frame; it used to be a cream color; however, it never really suited my room... well, not as much as the white does now.
I also reorganized my shelves and added a French book to my mini book collection because I have decided to learn French... I promise its not as random as it seems. I will hopefully be visiting there soon and I thought it would be ideal to re-learn the beautiful language.
I decided to invest in another Google Home because I broke the old one and oh my goodness, I am so glad I did! I fell in love with the speaker quality all over again.
I painted my room with my younger sister Ash, so as you can probably imagine, there were many tea breaks, song breaks, and many disagreements. Although, I have to hand it to the girl, she is a far better painter than me!
