Here is the recipe for my favourite go-to smoothie! If you like something quick and delicious then this will be right up your street!
This beautiful berry-infused smoothie is sure to leave your tastebuds tingling. This smoothie is great to have on the go or it can be simply enjoyed at home.
What you will need:
1 Banana
2 cups of frozen mixed berries
250 ml of Apple juice
1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Step 1: Let’s Get Started
Add the berry mix in first, followed by your chopped banana.
Step 2:
Now add your ice.
(Note: This step is optional, if you add ice it will make your smoothie taste more like a sorbet. So if you aren't a fan of sorbet I recommend missing this step out!)
Step 3:
Now add your apple juice
Step 4:
Blend until the solid fruit is now a liquid
Step 5:
Place it in a cup of your choice, and serve... enjoy
