Sweep It All Up

Clean day... sweep it all up


For me on the Sunday of every week, there is certainly no time to rest, that is until the evening. That’s because Sunday is my ‘recharge & reset day’ and in my case, I can only start to recharge when I have a tidy environment and all my work that is due is done. So, the morning and some parts of the afternoon consist of me prepping for my evening recharge, and if this sounds like something you are interested in then this branch blog is for you!



Morning Checklist:


Bedroom:


Wash sheets

Clean shelves

Reorganise wardrobe ( my wardrobe gets so messy throughout the week… I blame early uni starts!)

Hoover Floors

Wash clothes

Mop Floors

Clean mirror


Bathroom:


Organise soap shelves

Deep clean shower/ bath / sink

Disinfect any surfaces

Scrub toilet (wear gloves)

Add a nice Reed diffuser

Wash all towels

Clean the mirrors/ glass

Mop tiles


Kitchen:


Clean out & sort out cupboards

Clean refrigerator

Clean all surfaces

Clean the sink

Empty out the rubbish

Empty out the toaster ( yes, that’s a thing… i know right! )

Sweep floors

Mop floors


Living Room:


Deep clean sofa ( i have a leather sofa so i use warm water with leather cleaner and a small amount of dish soap )

Wash the blankets & cushion covers

Dust the tv/ ornaments/ window sills

Sweep floors
