{how to find the ways of walking}
Walking has so many great benefits for both your mental and physical health, its also a great way of exercising! Here I will talk about why I like walking and little tips to make your journeys more enjoyable.
Walking is a great way to give yourself a detox and clear your headspace. After a long and stressful day, one of my favorite things to do is take a nice, long walk. When walking, try not to let yourself get distracted by your phone. Put on a good playlist, but don't let it bind you to your screen; instead, allow yourself to take in as much of your surroundings as possible. When you are walking allow your mind to be free, and check in on yourself. Personally, in my opinion, I feel like sometimes life can be constantly busy which then results in us not giving ourselves enough time to truly look after our mental & physical well-being.
Most times when I am walking, I prefer to be alone. I like to get a hot chocolate, walk along my favorite route, find a nice bench with a good view & tuck into my book! However, I completely understand that walking alone isn't for everyone; it is just as effective to go with family, friends & pets!
