Wavy curls look...

How to achieve the wavy curls look... Of course, this is just a way I have found works for me and different hair types may require different treatments… x

Step 1-

Wash your hair… this step is optional as you will still get results if your hair is a few days unwashed. However, I just usually do this as I prefer to start with a fresh base.

Step 2-

Pat your hair dry with a towel, apply a heat protection spray and brush it through.

Set 3-

Allow your hair to dry naturally, when its around 80% dry this is when we can start the real process

Step 4-

Blow dry your hair… you can do this with either a hair dryer and a brush or you can use the Revlon hairdryer brush. I use the Revlon brush as it find it a lot easier to use.

** how to use the revlon brush- this process is to be done in small sections and by working your way up from the top to the bottom. First off, set the brush to the “┃” selection. Then take one of your hair sections and the place the brush underneath brushing downwards, when getting to the end of your hair, wrap the brush around the end a few times, then roll the brush upwards, wrapping all of the section around it and hold for around 10 sections. Then unwrap the hair in a spiral manner, using your dominant hand to guide it.

Step 5-

Once your hair is blown… preheat your curling wand and section off your hair.

Step 6-

Choose what way you want to wrap your hair around the wand.. (tip- try to keep this the same way all the way around.)

Step 7-

After your hair is curled, either bush, or run your fingers through your hair. I prefer to use my fingers as my hair frizzes up fast and I have found this way is more beneficial for my hair type. After you have done this step, finally apply hairspray and…VOILA! You are good to go!
